Hundreds of contestants have vied for the chance to win the elusive, yet legendary title of Amateur Night Super Top Dog Champion.   They’ve sung, beat-boxed, tap-danced, joked and juggled since the season kicked off in February 2012. Every week since then, each nervous rub of the Tree of Hope has lead to this: Wednesday October 31st, Halloween, the final showdown of Amateur Night at the Apollo, The Super Top Dog Championship where the winner stands to win $10,000 in prize money and a title shared by the world’s most talented performers.
